BI to us is all about providing actionable information. We consider it as an extension of the analytics we deliver, and a way to measure the improved efficiency.  We have done several BI projects implemented in latest platforms like Tableau and Power BI. 

At the same time, it’s not about fancy dashboards and spending lot of time and money in developing them. In one of the projects, we delivered $15M savings, by using excel based reporting. Our secret is to work closely with the customers, at both executive and operational leadership level, to better define the key performance metrics, and make it easy to track the progress of these key business metrics and measure them against the goals.
