As part of executing operational strategy, we work with the operational leaderships and SMEs to map existing processes and identify the gaps. We use DMAIC approach and have Six Sigma experts to work on To-be processes to optimize the work flows. 

We also believe in continuous improvement approach, and with the analytics and BI working together with process improvements, we can track the progress and course-correct along the way to increasing profitability.
